Easy Return Policy

  • At CuteKanxu, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
  • We have a 7 days return policy for Clothes & Footwear and a 3 days return policy for all other items except for Personal Products such as Diapers, Wipes, and Creams.
  • Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold on Cutekanxu Kids Store.

Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

All the above apply to exchange as well.

Please note that any delivery charge paid during the order is only refundable if the said product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. This also extends to those products where the product was different from our representation. However, please be assured as our team is highly specialised and such a situation is not likely to arise. Also, post return, if the remainder order value is below the minimum threshold for free delivery specified in the delivery policy, the relevant delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional delivery charge will not be levied for exchange

We review our Return Policy from time to time, and we may make periodic changes to the policy in connection with that review. The revisions in Return Policy will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Website. Therefore, you may wish periodically review this page to make sure you have the latest version. Your continued use of the Website after the effectiveness of such revisions will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms of the revised Return Policy.
